How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Sectorprices Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Sectorprices Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear from you. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Sectorprices Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@sectorprices.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
